Only you can answer that question.  Your results will greatly depend on how much you WANT to change.  The subconscious mind is resistant by nature, because we like to stay safe.  And something your subconscious is telling you is keeping you safe.  But if you consciously want to change, we can help you get there.  Our initial consultation, which is free, can help you decide.

What does a breakthrough session look like?

A session usually lasts about 30 minutes.  This depends heavily on how deep we are going that session, and how resistant you are to change.  Usually we can hit a breakthrough within 20 minutes or less.  If you live close and want a live session, we can schedule that.  Sessions can be done over the phone, on skype, or google chat.  Each session is customized for YOU.
Most clients schedule a weekly breakthrough session for at least 6 weeks.

How do I stay positive inbetween sessions.

There will be daily accountability work you will do to take a conscious look at your life.  You will be given a different assignment each week so you can heighten your awareness of your thoughts. Each daily interaction will happen through email or text message.  I will help you correct any thinking each day to keep you on track.

What exactly is belief breakthrough, and why do I need to go through it?

Our subconscious mind can learn someting very early in life.  Once we think something is true in our subconscious mind, we will gather evidence to support those ideas.  These beliefs are not always positive, and often times untrue and harmful.  During belief breakthrough we will examine thoughts, how they have served you in the past, determine if they are actually true, and replace them with true beliefs that serve you better.  Often we will tell ourselves a new lie in place of the old one, and the results will prove this out as well.  Much of this process can be emotional.  There is never any judgement from me on what shows up for you.  Powerful emotions may be needed to unlock the power of those beliefs, and replace them.

Can I afford this?

Yes.  While, I would love to just give this away, my time and my training has value.  My goal for you is once you have worked on this process for at least 6 weeks you will be well on your way to doing this process for yourself, after all, you already have the answers, you just haven't learned how to reach them yet.  A session now and then may be helpful, and you can contact me.
